Lontong Jamur

 
LONTONG JAMUR PEDAS                 BAHAN :
                                                                               . 300 g beras
                                                                               . 150 g paha ayam filet
                                                                               . 100 g jamur merang
                                                                               . 1 lembar daun salam
                                                                               . 2 batang serai
                                                                               . 1 lembar daun pandan
                                                                               . 1/2 sendok garam
                                                                               . 1/4 merica
                                                                               . 300 ml santan murni
                                                                               . 1 Sdm minyak goreng
                                                                               . 1/4 cabe merah halus
                                                                               . daun pisang, secukupnya
BUMBU HALUS :
                             . 5 Butir Bawang Merah
                             . 4 Siung Bawang Putih
                             . 1 Sendok Makan Ketumbar
                             . 3 Butir Kemiri
CARA MEMBUAT:
                               1. Panaskan minyak, Tumis bumbu halus, Daun serai,
                                    dan daun pandan sampai harum, Tambahkan minyak,
                                    Aduk sampai berubah warna, Masukan jamur
                                    merang, Aduk sampai merata.
                               2. Masukan santan, garam, merica bubuk, Masak sampai mendidih,
                                    Tambahkan beras, masak sampai bumbu meresap.
                               3. Tarok daun pisang, Beri aronan nasi, campur rata semuanya, lalu
                                   tuangkan semua masakan tadi diatas daun pisang tadi,
                               4. Kukus 25 menit, masakan siap disajikan.
